Organize Playbooks
BetaPlaybooks are available to selected workspaces while we continue to improve them. Contact your V7 account team if you need access.
Use folders to group Playbooks by team, business function, customer, or process. Folders can contain nested subfolders, so a workspace can keep a shared structure as its library grows.
Move and find Playbooks
A Playbook can belong to one folder or remain Unfiled at the workspace root. Folder names must be unique at the same level, without regard to letter case. V7 Go orders folders and Playbooks by name.
Delete folders safely
Deleting a folder also removes its subfolders. It does not delete the Playbooks inside them. V7 Go moves those Playbooks to the deleted folder's parent. If the deleted folder was at the root, the Playbooks become Unfiled.
Folders help people organize the library. They do not create an access boundary.
