Connect Yardi to V7 Go

This feature is new and evolving. Details on this page may change as we
improve it.

V7 Go connects to Yardi through the Virtuoso Connector, Yardi's closed
MCP product. This is not ordinary Yardi Voyager access.

You need:

  • A Yardi Virtuoso Enterprise license that includes the connector.
    There is no trial.
  • A YardiOne account with permission to the properties and work orders
you want the agent to see.

If your Yardi account team has not enabled the connector, Connect fails in
Yardi's popup. That is a Yardi gate, not a Go bug.

The short version

  1. Confirm Virtuoso Enterprise is enabled for your tenancy. If you are
unsure, ask your Yardi account team before you try Go.
  2. In Go, open Integrations → MCP Connectors → Yardi — or ask the
agent in chat to use Yardi.
  3. Press Connect and sign in with YardiOne.
  4. The agent re-runs the tool it was trying to use.

There is no client ID or API key to paste.

Troubleshooting

  • 403, request denied, or the popup never reaches YardiOne. The
tenancy is not licensed for Virtuoso Connector. Contact Yardi. Do not
look for a client-id form in Go.
  • Connected but empty properties or 403 on tools. Your YardiOne user
cannot see that data in Yardi. Reconnecting does not widen permissions.

For messages Go shows on the connect card, see
MCP connector errors.

FAQ

Who can connect? Any Go user can click Connect. Enabling the connector
on the Yardi side is a Yardi admin / account-team step.

Is the connection shared? Connections follow the sharing policy on the
connector page.
