Improve a Playbook
Use run evidence to strengthen instructions, inputs, resources, and review points over time.
Improve a Playbook
BetaPlaybooks are available to selected workspaces while we continue to improve them. Contact your V7 account team if you need access.
A Playbook does not need to be perfect in its first version. Improve it from evidence in real runs.
Look for repeat signals
Review run issues, low-confidence results, missing resources, failed connections, and recurring human corrections. These signals can show that the Playbook needs clearer instructions, a better input form, a reusable resource, a new decision, or a review point.
Make one clear change at a time
Update the instruction that owns the problem. Test the change with representative inputs, including the case that exposed the gap. Then compare later runs with earlier ones.
Preserve the audit trail
Each run remains tied to the instructions it used. This lets a team understand what changed and why a result differs from an earlier run.
Technical notes
Issues describe operational friction. An issue does not by itself mean that the run failed or produced a partial result. Review the result, verdict, and confidence together before you decide what to change.
