Preview DOCX Files in Chats

V7 Go now lets you preview DOCX files directly within Chats. You no longer need to download Word documents to view their contents.

What changed

Previously, DOCX files uploaded to a Case or generated by AI appeared as attachments. You had to download them to see what was inside.

Now, DOCX files display a small preview on the case card. Click the file to open a full preview in the sidebar.

How it works

1. Upload a DOCX file to a Case or generate one with AI
2. View the thumbnail preview on the case card
3. Click the file to open the full preview in the sidebar
4. Switch between input and output files without leaving the interface

This builds on V7 Go's existing DOCX support in Chats. You can generate Word documents in conversations and preview both uploaded and AI-generated files in one place.

Why this matters

Other AI platforms like ChatGPT and Claude require you to download many file types before viewing them. V7 Go handles DOCX files natively, so you stay in your workflow without extra steps.

This update applies to all DOCX files in Chats, whether uploaded manually or created by an AI Agent.
