Usage Reports
Monitor usage across your workspace with the Reports dashboard. Track agent activity, token consumption, costs, and user engagement.
Where are Reports?
From the left navigation menu, click Reports.
The dashboard has two tabs: Agents and Users. Both are only available to workspace admins.
Date Range
The dashboard displays data for the selected date range. Range can be changed by editing the start and end dates on the top right of the page, and is currently limited to a maximum 30 day window.
Agents Tab
The Agents tab shows agent workflow activity across your workspace over your selected date range. Use this tab to identify which agents handle the most work and which remain idle.
The summary at the top provides an overview for all active agents for the specified date range. It includes Total agents, Total properties, Input tokens, Output tokens, and Estimated cost.
The main table provides a breakdown for each active agent. In addition to the above data points, it also includes Name, Models (unique count of models used), and Providers (model providers).
To see detailed breakdown by each, click on a specific agent name.
Users Tab
The Users tab shows individual engagement metrics. This tab helps you understand whether users get value from the platform, not just whether they log in.
The summary at the top provides an overview for all users in the workspace for the specified date range. It includes Users, Active users, Chats started, Messages sent, Corrections
The table provides a detailed breakdown of the for each user:

CSV Export
CSV exports are available for both agent and user data.
To download, click the download icon button beside the date filter on the top right of the page.
