Returns the outputs, the inputs and the cited sources of one run, with fresh signed URLs. A user with permission to read the run gets these files without access to the run chat. The list does not contain the other files of the run chat. It holds a cited source only if the user can read the file. It has no entry for a file that is not available. After the deletion of the run chat, the list holds the inputs of the run and its outputs, and no sources. For some older runs, it holds no outputs.
