Why did we build Cases?

Projects - now called Agents - are incredibly powerful. They can understand documents, run web searches, use Python for computation, and generate structured reports.
But there’s a catch: they require a certain level of technical know-how to use effectively.

We built Cases to bridge that gap.

Cases allow anyone - not just technical team members - to tap into the capabilities of existing Agents. Instead of navigating complex workflows or configuring inputs, users can simply ask our Concierge model in natural language. Concierge handles the rest: identifying the right Agent, passing the correct data, and surfacing the results in a human-friendly way.

By removing technical barriers, Cases make V7 Go accessible to a much wider audience and help teams get more value from the work they’ve already done.

How Cases work?

Cases are powered by our Concierge model, a smart assistant that understands your workspace. When you upload a file or ask a question, Concierge figures out which Agent is best suited for the task, sends it the right inputs, and returns the results - all in a natural, conversational flow. You can follow up with more questions, trigger other Agents, or even chain tasks together. Everything happens behind the scenes, so you don’t need to worry about the technical details - just focus on what you need, and Concierge takes care of the rest.

How to create a case

Creating a case is as simple as starting a conversation with any other AI agent.

You can start from the homepage or the Cases section in the sidebar. Just ask Concierge a question - for example, “Can you process this document?”, or “Can you please triage this CIM? - and optionally upload a file. Concierge will figure out what Agent to use and take it from there.

  • Do I need to set up anything before using Cases?
    • No. If there are Agents already built in your workspace, you can start using Cases right away. Just ask Concierge a question.
  • Can I upload documents in a Case?
    • Yes. You can drag and drop files directly into the conversation. Concierge will understand the file and pass it to the right Agent.
  • What if I don’t know which Agent to use?
    • That’s the whole point - you don’t need to. Concierge understands your request and picks the most relevant Agent for you.
  • Can I still use Agents the traditional way?
    • Absolutely. Cases are just a new, more conversational workflow layer to interact with them - everything still works as before in the Agent view.
  • Can I follow up on previous Cases?
    • Yes. Cases keep the full context of your conversation. You can come back, pick up where you left off, or edit past messages to update your request.
  • What are some examples of what I can do with Cases?
